Driving from Austin, TX to Oklahoma City

I am planning to drive from Austin, TX to Oklahoma City. I use mapquest driving directions, and this is my plan. Who goes then please advise me!

The total driving time is 7 hours, 30 minutes. And I researched the stops along the way.

Day 1: Driving time is 3 hours

11:00 am started in Austin drive for about 1 hour

12:03 pm  Temple eat at Schoepf's Old Time Bar-B-Que
stay for about 1 hour and leave at 1:03 pm and drive for about 43 minutes

1:46 pm  Waco
stay for about 1 hour and leave at 2:46 pm, drive for about 1.5 hours

4:06 pm  Fort Worth
stay overnight and leave the next day around 10:00 am

Day 2: Driving time is 4.5 hours

10:00 am  leave from Fort Worth,  drive for about 47 minutes
10:47 am  Denton stay for about 1 hour and leave at 11:47 am,  drive for about 46 minutes
12:33 pm  Thackerville stay for about 1 hour and leave at 1:33 pm drive for about 1 hour
2:40 pm  Chickasaw Cultural Center, stay for about 1 hour and leave at 3:40 pm, drive for about 1.5 hours
4:55 pm  Norman, stay for about 1 hour and leave at 5:55 pm, drive for about 26 minutes
6:21 pm  arrive in Oklahoma City, eat at Kitchen No. 324, stay at The Skirvin Hilton Oklahoma City
