FindMy disable on iPhone

Today I got an email saying my FindMy app has been disabled on my iPhone.  I checked my phone, and it is in the ON position on my phone.  I went to my Mac and checked FindMym and my iPhone is not listed.   I shut down my phone for something else yesterday and back on, so I don't think that will fix it.    Any other known fixes?
