Seems like not anyone can give a proper explanation of what this is.

Or what's good about it.

If there is any pro around to enlighten, I would appreciates it.

Improve tactic collison harm= increases first clash damage
improve tactic resistance = reduce firsh clash damage(when ur countered e.g enemy choose assault , you choose attack)
