Question abt 10% discount given

Hi GM, i went to paypal n check on ur given discount of 10% for this recharge event but according to exchange rate of USD to SGD(Singapore dollars) is $1USD to $1.38SGD from Paypal which mean if im paying $90USD exchange to SGD is $124 which is just a $3 dollar discount from ur offical wedsite. kindly explain what went wrong with ur 10% discount
