Server 48 clones

Server 48 is over run with Wei clones. They're ruining the game for everyone who is not a clone. What's worse if players are leaving the server. I have spent a lot of money and cannot start over on another server. I shouldn't have to anyway. Many players on 48 have been asking for help for weeks now. Why have we received none? Many players like myself are not recharging anymore until the clones are gone. I love this game and I would hate to have to quit playing because of poor management on the part of the devs and gm. Can I get some confirmation that this issue is being looked at? What's being done about it, and how much longer it will be?

WE PAY FOR THE GAME. BUT OTHER PLAYER JUST CREATE ACCOUNT FOR FREE AND RUIN THE GAME. HOWEVER GM STILL DO NOT BAN CREATE NEW ACCOUNT OR BAN COMPUTER GAME PLAY.
