I'm currently running a small design firm and have started exploring CAD outsourcing services to handle the increasing project load, especially for 2D drafting and 3D modeling tasks. While outsourcing seems like a great way to scale efficiently, I’m facing a challenge:

How do you ensure quality and consistent communication when your CAD team is remote or offshore?

I’ve tried a few platforms and freelancers, but sometimes the drawings come back with missing details or misinterpretations of the brief. Time zones can also make revision cycles longer.

Have any of you tried outsourcing your CAD work maybe for architecture, product design, or mechanical detailing? If yes, what systems or tools do you use to keep everything on track?
