I really love to play this game but I want to play the game on my android phone. I've played the.agame on my brother iphone. I think the game should be available on android, too.

Yes, It is available on Adnroid now. you can use your browser then open http://www.heyshell.com/cot/download/ and chose download app for Android then install.
Enjoy the game.

Note: you cannot find this game on Android Market yet.
