iam using android , already clear cache , but still cant open , still locked (reason1)

Dear Gm..is there any chance that server still error due to the bug? because the banned list cant sign in..can you please cross check again? even the 3 days banned list should be expired and now is the fifth day already..they have already can sign in from two days ago..
