Recharge system issue

Good day GM,

I want to ask about your recharge system and the payment system.
Are you having a problem with the both system? Or your website operate fraud ?
I did a recharge one week ago for 5 dollar transaction. I did this payment to check if the recharge was working or not.
It is working, my paypal account was deducted. But the points (10 points) never reached to my account.
I got the receipt from paypall to my email, and i save the receipt payment as well after the payment process had been completed with paypal payment.
I have sent to you by email as well, after a week, i haven't received the point, or event any news about my issue.

If you have any issue with the website please notice to us, so we can wait for the issue to be solved.
So other players, will not face same issue with me.

I also faced problem recharging.

I recharged through money online (mol) on 11th October, 2014, but did not get points/gold from COTK until now.

Mol informed me the money has been credited to COTK's account. And i have receipts to prove it.

I wonder why the management is so slow to response?

Not only paypal, now even rc through MOL have problem(I don't have any problem till now), who is going to responsible for this issue?

Stratagem

A lot of issues when recharging via different channels, not just paypal.   Please fix immediately - it cant be legal for you to take the money and not provide the gold.

I recharged thru mol on 11th Oct, 2014 and until now have not received.  It is frustrating because the limited offers from COTK disappeared if the gold came late.  Many times I missed my hammers.

According to mol, the money deducted from my account has already been paid to COTK.  Wondering why COTK is keeping our money for so long and not give the gold I paid for.

Do others face the same problem?  Please voice out right here.
