VIP3 Shadows

Dear developers,

I have recently become VIP3 and in description it says that I am supposed to get 20shadows for that but I did not. Only have 4 shadows which are left from log in bonus. Can you please check that?

Dear Arthur,

Here are the screenshots.
As you can see in battle and in equip I have only 4 shadows which I received from login on 13th day.
Also VIP3 is activated and all packages have been claimed.
Hope you can help, thanks!

Dear Arthur,

I did claim all the vip packages, but still as you can see on the above screenshots I didnt get those shadows.
At the time when I claimed packages I had 4 free shadows left from log in on 13th day and may be thats the reason why other 20 free from vip3 did not appear in my bag.

Sir, pls don't worry, as the picture shown above, it is shadow order, not shadow, and this is system default, and when u used up ur shadow order, the number of shadow will be displayed on it, thx for ur understanding
