Changing Liegemen cd

Hi,
Since it seems so hard to get liegemen , can you guys lower the cool down for free liegemen.
It seems you won't change the gold price for liegemen therefore it think lowering the cool down a little bit would be nice and help make players more satisfied.   Getting iron or gems instead of card usually can be depressing or the liegemen that have no combos with other cards. It is already hard to get a purple card before 100%.
