Account Locked

So I hardly sign into my account, but I go to do so today, and it tells me my account is locked...

But my question is, why?  What have I done?  My brother and I were talking about joining S45 and putting money into it..

If this is the way the game is going to treat the people who spend money on the game, I am better off buying a burger and fry than to spend my money on a game that is going to lock me out for absolutely no reason at all.

UNTIL you give me a reason on why my account is locked, I will not spend my money on this game, nor will I start a new server.

I refuse to start a new server, spend money on such server, to have this same problem happen.  Banned for nothing.  Or locked for nothing.  A good reason to quit, before I spend the money, yeah?


Or No?  Because honestly, I am quite mad.  Think about this admins.

Suwandi create thread because he finds that his fellow wei s1 cant login and his id got changed the password. From my  observations in forum, its not only happen in s1 but other server too just recently. Suwandi is just merely ask, is GM changed the players password? Or is hackers can compromise the security of our account here? GM still yet to response.

Some might shared his id, but only to a trusted friend that have mutual respect of never changing the password of the id shared to him. Let me say this again, trusted friend.

From logical point of view, what good is changing the password by the trusted friend? Is it so can have the id and play it by himself? But the id is not there playing. Is it for trying to get money of selling that id? Even sima id is offer a $1 in here

So, who can change password?
GM surely can because he is the administrator.
Hackers can too, if the system can be compromised.
And what worst is, someone can pay hackers to do something just like that, only for endorsing to certain issue, such as preventing clone or sharing id.

Forgive me, i watch too much conspiracy theory movie.

So, if any response from GM about this case, please update herr bro.

Username is iYingYang and from S29.

Now here is my question / problem.....  If my brother and I live in the same house, are you telling me we can not play on the same server because we will be considered as clones?  Because if so, that is some wacky logic and I would prefer to know, before I put my hard earned cash into the new server with my brother.

Along with instant bans of clones, I call bs to the max.  Check out my most recent thread and look how many clones are in our main city during a expand event.  It is quite lovely.. but my brothers lvl 88 gets banned because I signed him in on a different computer?


Again, I want to know answers before I put 1 grand into an account.  Would rather buy a car.

Money comes and goes, it is worth it if I enjoy the game enough..  But if this is the kinda service I will get with my money, I will spend it on another game.
