I need to help. How you recommend between star or foster first?
I had wenji with 40% foster. Should I foster her first or no need?
And another hero also only 20-30%.
If must foster first until how % i need to foster?

        your wenji should foster first,it's just in case you are going to make wenji aegis

        another hero can come later

        for % of foster if can make all of your heroes 100% foster,nothing wrong getting everything max
