Wheel of Fortune is an event of chance. With fantastic prizes, everyone is a winner. It is also quick and easy to play. In this event, you can get special heroes H.Y.Ying, M.Y.Lu and Lantern!
Wheel of Fortune can be easily found in game under the icon ‘Event’ during the event time. Then you can spend 50 Gold to start the wheel to try your luck and collect your prize. The items will be chosen randomly. Winning really couldn’t be easier!

Details:
When you roll the Wheel of Fortune, your daily free chance will be used first. And then, your Gold will be consumed.
When the pointer of wheel stops completely, the corresponding rewards will be shown to you. Then you need to claim first before starting the next roll. The options you have are as follows:
>> Free Chances - Roll the wheel for free. Players will get 1 free chance at 00:00 a.m. every day.
>> Start - Spend 50 Gold to roll the wheel. Gold will be deducted the moment you click start button.
>> Claim - Claim the rewards you get. Claiming does not cost Gold.
>> Rank - Players joining this event will be listed on the Normal rank and receive the ranking rewards after event. Players spending more than 30K Gold in this event will rank the Elite Rank and get a gift pack! Hersbit(+25) is there for No.1 and Lanterns(+23) are waiting for No.2 and No.3.
Notes:
1. Free chances will be given to players at 00:00 a.m. every day.
2. Lv. 70 is required to join this event.
3. Gold will be deducted if you have no free chances.
4. Claiming does not cost Gold.
5. Please claim all the rewards before the event ends.
6. Players consuming the same amount of gold in this event will rank the same on the list and they will receive that same reward.

I landed on +23 lantern and recieved nothing. My side i should report. Please help because out of 6 spins it was the only good thing i kind of got. Road block S51

Look at the attached and you know that GM is not interested in solving the bugs as this is a good chance for them to earn a lot from us without giving what we got.

Just take note they will not honor it and will just return only 50% of the gold if there are any bugs!!!

This is so unethical way of doing biz towards their loyal gamers......

Just reported to Apple or Goggle play you will get a full refund just like many who did it

Dear player, we have been checking this issue all the time. And we are trying to find a satisfying solution. And I am afraid we can not agree the accusation that 'we did not give what you got in order to make illegal profit'. This is a display problem. That's to say, where the pointer lands is not the item system works out. Hope you could understand.

Thanks for your reply. Nevertheless here are my points:-

1) This is not your 1st wheel contest. This wheel has happens for more then 2 years and still got bugs?
2) We are ok with the transparency that there is a quota for each wheel, but why can't you Folks just said what is the percentage of people will be receiving? Ultimately in anything there is a percentage set forth which we can totally understand. In fact this thing is a program and I can understand that you guys can set that in the programming which is nothing new in the world of programming.
3) With so many evidences provided with picture captured you are still not honoring the gift but replace with a 50% gold, you are telling me this is right and just to the gamers?? Imagine yourself in the shoe of the gamers that you have put in so much gold and tried so hard and eventually the wheel lands on the icon but claim nothing tell me how you feel?!?

Anyway I am not a victim of any of the situations but am just speaking my point that as a programmers bugs can be resolved and it should not take more then 3 months to resolve it. And with the log you guys have it should not even take more then a week to investigate. Personally in view of customer service you have failed greatly. Kindly look into this and stop treating us as if we are ignorance about programming and the gaming world.

Lately heyshell event r ridiculous, 3of our country players also ever happened this same bugs, after claimed it nothing n gm said we got ro. Hit egg also same, one of our country player recharge 135k golds (more than the sum of vip9 gold u know) in 3days still cant get zuoci. Omg! Gm u really need to know that we are working hard to earn those money. Your event luck rate are really non sense.

Hi ric, thanks for your support. I'm afraid you have some misunderstanding about our game, and here we will explain you about what you said:

1) It is a reality that the wheel event has been online for 2 years, but this kind of issue has been appeared recently, and we are sorry for the inconvenience we made for the players, this is not expected by us either, and with our effort, I'm sure this issue will be solved in the near future;
2) About the program thing, in fact, the value of each resource we put in the wheel is more than 50G, in this sense, this is a valuable event. And btw, what resources do you expect to put into the wheel?
3) It is important for us to treat every player with the attitude of honest and earnest. We are happy to accept any sincere and worthful suggestion, and we welcome all the players to point the insufficient of us. We are trying our best to make a wonderful game for all the players.
