We’re exploring software options to streamline our art logistics workflows, especially around outgoing/incoming shipments, condition reporting, and delivery sign-offs. We’re looking for: Mobile condition reports with photos/signatures Crate and item-level barcode tracking Digital delivery notes and proof of condition Something usable by art handlers in the field
So far, Voxme Art Manager ( https://artmanager.voxme.com/) seems to check all those boxes. It's being used by some large fine art logistics providers globally, and it looks like it was built specifically for this niche. Is anyone here using it? Or have suggestions for alternatives that are reliable and easy to deploy across teams?
