New character are both unavailable for both s.3 and s.26. Can't verify if Wu is strong at s.3 and s.26. But its good too know 2/57 servers Wu is strong.

S26 Wu is not strong in terms of numbers & clones.
Just a player or 2 strong does not mean is a strong Wu.
Elite tourney will show you who is the strong Wu.
