how about merger 2 server, both strong shu, and the weakest are wu. my idea is to merge example shu1 merge with wu2, wei1 with wei2, shu2 with wu1. Or you can make shu1 merge with wu1, shu2 with wu2 and wei1 with wei2. So the player can change country in the new merge server. I hope you can understand my idea GM Chen
