I recently started playing 4 days ago, I am currently lv67 with a 63 martha, 57 berg, 51 blair.

I have been searching for a answer to something I don't understand.

I set my name to Vixenaire, however, when I got into the game. It gave the name "HandHeath" in place of "Vixenaire". So my question is.. Is there a way to change the name to Vixenaire? or am i stuck with HandHeath?
Currently a VIP1 also, so if there is a way to change the name to the 1 i wanted. It would be much appreciated.

ps: I couldnt find a way to contact support directly.

Hello Vixenaire,
There are two separate name selection processes, one first for your user name then the next for your hero's name. Perhaps one didn't get changed at the beginning. My character is something like PilkAddis, something I did without thought as well. Kind of odd. At the moment this is something that is unchangeable without starting a new hero. Apologies. In the future we are working on being able to merge accounts and heroes, and then you will have the opportunity. Right now we are unable to do it. Apologies for not being able to be of more assistance.
