I had just purchased gold on my account, but unlike how it usually appears the gold has not been added immediately to my account, nor did the amount that I recharged get added to my total recharge amount. I checked, and the amount of the purchase has been subtracted from my credit card as well I have received the receipt from google play. Would like to know what the issue is and receieve assistance regardining this matter.
