All fleets can equip components.
Weapon components include Cannonballs (Artillery ATK) and Torpedo (Burst ATK). The cannonballs can be equipped by Battleships, Battle Cruisers, Heavy Cruisers and Light Cruisers. The torpedoes can be equipped by Heavy Carriers, Light Carriers, Destroyers and Submarines.
Armors, Radars and Engines are equipped by all fleets.

By passing battle instances and opening chests, you may have chances to get component fragments. After you get these fragments, you can find the corresponding components in the system of Raiders.
