I can't find drill anywhere after update only in voucher shop it says lvl2 scroll for drill. Where am I supposed to find it.

If you log in game on computer, please remove the cache of your browser and then refresh the website.
If you have updated the version and managed to open the interface of Main City. Please make sure you have reached lv. 85+
