Special Notice on VIP3-13 Privilege Descriptions

Dear commanders,

Recently some commanders have inquired us for the privileges they should get on Guard Oil Field. As is stated in the privilege descriptions, the free reset is 3 for VIP3 players and above; however, they only got 2 each day. Therefore, we have asked our programmers to check on the technical data and confirm the problem, and here are the feedback for you all:

For the privilege problem, it should be 2 times rather than 3 times. It is settled in all servers, but our descriptions had maken the number wrong. We'll fix the descriptions today (July 3rd). Regarding it as a bug, we've provided the reward to the commander who reported it to us.
