gen can't move at world

my gen can't move at world. i try refresh my browser many times, still the same. My nick is Daisy at s46. I try on s42 on my nick BrookMaria it working fine. why?
please fix it.

Recruit your 6th gen. Go to Parade > Battalion tab, click 'deploy' button on that 6th gen, select gen that got stuck. Repeat same process to get your gen back.

Alternate method 1) use all your 5x gen and fight at tower trial 2) fire that problematic gen & recruit it back.

i have the same problem. hang everytime enter the country war in S46. but in S45 everything running normal. just like the first post,the problem is in S46... I still cant play country war in S46.
