Can't login use Heyshell

i can't log into heyshell but can't get into the game on my computer or anyone's computer i tried to see if there was a problem with my computer but its only letting log in and play from the phone app can't get in any other way

I am having the same problem. I can not get into the game through my computer but I can play with my phone. Please look into this.

Yeah, same thing too. No issues on mobile phone but all browsers just loads a blank page. Tried on chrome, safari and firefox. Same problem.

ermm.. cant log in via PC.. any help? it keeps loading but nothing comes out.. no such issue on mobile

Could you please clear the cache of your browser and then try to log in again under good network connection? Sorry for the inconvenience.

done.. but still cannot play.. my connection should be ok as i played diablo too, and there arent any lagging or sort..
