ACCOUNT HACKED!!!! GM HELP.!!

Dearest GM,
my friend  account was hacked. IGN: Landking from Wu S67.
He cant login to game or website, when he tried, "forgot password" then system send reset password link to an email he dont recognised and he never registered an email before.
His ign have been messed, as the init drop far below usual. We are loyal players for playing this game more than a year, please consider our effort with time and money. It's hurtful to lose just like that, please help to regain his id, we appreciate if your team could take action fast.
Anybody know or hv clue to solve this problem please help
