Title: S95/S96 merger. WHY? When both are dominant by 1 team?

[backcolor=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0)]Not sure, merging S95 and S96, is the best choice. I believe 1 kingdom (group) are dominant in both (! Might want to check that.
