Dear players,
The new version of Clash of Three Kingdoms has been released. All servers, could be logged in normally and the new Main City will meet you when you enter the game. We're sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.

just now i've been update new version and when i opened it showed "use an old account to log in" and then i wrote my account and password and click log in, they always open an new server..

please fix that immediatly so i can log in like usuall

Sir what problem you have?you choose the server s11 or s13 then you enter a new server?

What the screen looks like? A total black screen or only a man on horse?
And what device do you use? Would you mind telling us the model of your device?

After updating to the nee version I cannot use the app on my phone.
I use iPhone6, iOS8

Dear developers,

After updating to the nee version I cannot use the app on my phone.

As we have tested, the new version could work on iPhone 6.
After the icon "ready" finishes loading, you are able to type in your account and PW.
Maybe you had better check your Internet connection and your cellphone storage to make everything smooth.

chen, at 4pm i can log in, but after that, i can't login using internet or android. android always stop at enter the game and internet always black screen or man on horse. its said could not avaiable. is the server down or something else? tq

GM, may i giving some suggestion? Would you mind if u reset the new server (include id and event) if the fix were 3 days late? Because we cant hunt down for bounty. And lv70 which can be reached only by 3 days of play, will be unfair, specially in world war, if we play 3 days late because of some problem. Thank you and sorryfor my bad english, im Indonesian and there's many of Indonesian player up there.

Apk file is not upgraded yet. Android gadget more then 7" is not compatible with apk from googls play. Please resolve.

Help, i can't play cotk at my office wifi, some one may block access to cotk game, i said that because i still can youtube clearly and i can play another game except cotk with wifi. I can play cotk with my mobile data. How to open block access like that.. someone help me.? Email me please koki_wm@yahoo.com , i'm already clear chace n reinstall my cotk but still doesn't work.

Still getting stuck at enter game msg. Only way to log in if like that is Uninstall and reinstall and let it update again....but when u close game completely u have to redo to log back in, main problem is can not get to the account info screen.

Are you still unable to log in now?
Two latent reasons now:
1. Local network connection is not good enough;
2. Failed to install the latest one for the users of some devices, eg. Samsung users. Please go to http://www.heyshell.com/cot/download/ and download the Apk.
