I do chariot Enchant and have 2 times did not increase any %

wasting my s.iron 2.5k & iron 30k for 2 times

After update, i had forge chariot 3%. and add 8pts for my init.
And the second day, i forged again around 50%, and add around 20pts for my init.
Last nite, i forged again 1%, and my init didnt changed.

Chen, could u tell me how much pts init if forge 1%?

If the ini is changed by 0.5 point or any lower than 1, it may not appear immediately.

Hello, I am meow3 from S1. The same thing happen to me today. 05/01 at about 12.45 am. I forge my chariot 2 times and nothing happen. Cheated my 100k iron and 900 vochers . This is unacceptable , please look into it immediately . Thanks.
