why so sudden without notice before? and why i always at dispatch reclamation time? how could we harvest and snatch if nobody dispatch cause of maintenance. maintenance always at dispatch time

I don't think they purposely do a restart just to stop the the dispatch. But probably since they are doing a restart, they might as well extent 2 hours so no chance to dispatch. After all they have their data to show players tend to spend gold on iron and resources more during personal contests and when free iron is gone, they may just get some extras.
