Is my friend allowed to play my account when i am not free ?

If i decided to quit this game, can i pass my account to my friend to play ?

He asked whether he can pass his account to other players or he cannot? He didnt ask whether he should do that or not.

Don't want to be rude, but I think the answer is "NO"...No account babysitting, because it is consider muti accounts per person, which in terms violate the 1 person per account, per a single server, per single session...not an ideal of fair play...In other words, stop using clones to win...thats not sexy...I scare myself sometimes when I look in the mirror to see how sexy I am....I point to my reflection and say "whoa! ever since when you became so sexy?"

Pls don't reply you got no evidence. All you have to do is monitor s29 for one full day then you will know.

He is already answering your question but not directly. He is saying you risk having your account locked up if you do so, although gm reserves the rights to exercise personal discretion to really execute the ban or not. And how these criteria are arrived whether he will 100% ban or pardon is a black box.

But he already said by the books you are not to pass accounts so he has that right to ban. So if he chooses to allow some accounts to continue, he is not explaining why.
