I had made payment for 420 Heyshell points but I did not receive anything. Please solve this issue ASAP. Also if you can't solve the issue before the top up promo event ends, you will have to compensate me all the bonus from top up promotion as I am going to top up 5000 gold. My game id is Hades from S16.
