heroes cant refill troops

2 out of my 4 heroes cant refill their troops automatically after battle, what went wrong? And now i am only 2 steps away from getting huang zhong bounty with 5 hours left, pls fix this problem asap. Thanks for ur time and attention. EskimoKK
