How do I get all my lvl 5 skills on my PKylin item To match?

I have 2 the same Both at lvl 5 but the third is different!

Sir, pls don't worry, there's certain probability on refine, sincerely wish u could get the item u want, but the thing about hard to refine will be forward to our related staff, thx for ur understanding
