Hello, we use five AP7526,
users sometimes complain that the Wi-Fi does not work.
We have noticed that clients very often switch from one mode to another:
802.11 ac - 5 GHz 802.11 bgn-2.4 GHz
Almost always, when this happens, the user connects to the antenna at the same AP7632 point where he was located, which is bad, because, after a couple of seconds, he switches back to the old antenna at the same access point.
Sometimes it seems that the client is in the same model for several seconds.
It seems that this frequent switching is causing poor Wi-Fi.
Are there settings for changing the transition rule between modes so that this happens less often? Maybe this is due to some other reason that needs to be addressed?

Hello, I agree with the answer  Christoph gave, like Too many variables may contribute to the degradation of the WLAN connection variables like Smart-RF not mapped to the RF-domain, Smart-RF enabled, but the radio power not maximized, 2.4GHz radio, channels are overlapping, 2.4Ghz radio still configured to use "b" data rates, etc. https://www.automation-usa.com/allen-bradley/ got a lot of automation parts you can check out, but you should also read the article that was sent earlier too by Christoph. Do not adjust the Smart-RF policy parameters if your config was based on a site survey. Contact our Global Technical Assistance Center for more in-depth troubleshooting.
