Trinket work research completed, Web browser cache clear, restart browser, restart pc, phone app deleted, updated and reinstall. STILL NO VENDOR SHOP appear on top of my capital.

Vendor will not appear at once after you invest the technology. You need to buy Lv1 scroll in the Trinket Works and then vendor will appear in the capital city on the world map.
