Problem with init down suddenly

This morning when i battle for g.jia instance, when facing xu you i change G.ning to Z.tai. My initial init was 4598. after finished the battle, i change the gen back to G.Ning with same eq, assistance, jade like before i change to Z.tai. But the init drop to 4520.
I try to restart the game and fire G.Ning and hire him again, but the init doesn't change at all!!

Please fix this! Thanks!
