difficulty in refining equipment

Dear GM,

I am getting kinda frustrated in refining equipment.

Been trying and trying seems like my account got curse or something like that.

advance refine zillion times the equipment still stay put as original.

Kindly advice.

6 months try to get hidden equip and still don't get one.
GM makes it impossible to get it by saying it needs luck, the probability is very low etc...
The meaning is GM wants RC, RC, RC and RC

Hello GM, did u make the probability for refine to level 4 even more difficult? 100 times still can't get. Please relax a bit. Frustrated people are going to just quit your game.

Lv 1-4 just use free refine
Lv 4 to lv 5 need gold or adv order for up lv refine..
If all Lv 5 at 1 eq.. Just use free refine again for getting hidden skill refine (star 4 eq)

Refine need luck.. If u hv problem just come to older server... Kind ppl will solve ur problem...
