I think a good game like this should have a wider array of heroes for us to choose upon, and not limited to heroes from instances battle.
Perhaps a tavern system ?

Unequip your hero and make sure the warehouse isn't full so iy can store items from your officer that you're about to fire

Hey it said cannot fire your target heroes, the warehouse is full. How to deal with that ?
