I Would like to ask about some horcrux. What Improve Tactics, Charge and Formidable Troops do anyway? Maybe Sima can help me answer this question.

Thank you for your reply. can you elaborate more? resistance of what? skill, terrain or what? harm of tactics, do you mean skill atk? formidable troops influences attack of our troops, satk or normal atk?
