Is advance summon use for summoning purple liegemen?

advance summon does offer a small chance of getting purple liegeman without the bar being 100%

No. Instead of waiting for another 4 hours, you can summon immediately with that advance summon. Result could be anything, from resources to yellow/red card, except purple card.
