Howdo you handle syncing feature requests logged in Salesforce with your AzureDevOps boards? I’m leading a customer success team, and we’ve startedcollecting a lot of feedback through Salesforce. The problem is that we can’tget that data into the engineering roadmap fast enough. Our DevOps team keepsasking for better visibility and structured inputs. We’re hoping to automatethe process — ideally, without a ton of custom development.

That sounds very familiar. We had a similar issue in our EdTech company, where customer feedback was collected in Salesforce, but rarely made its way into planning sprints efficiently. After months of trial and error, we found https://www.peeklogic-connector.com/azure-devops/  and it completely changed the game. We set up triggers so that whenever a Salesforce entry matches specific tags — like "feature request" or "bug report" — a corresponding task is generated in Azure DevOps with linked metadata. What I really appreciated was the ease of configuration — no custom code, just smart field mapping. It’s kept both our teams aligned and improved transparency across the board.
