As mentioned in the subject, how Zuo Ci Incarnation Talent actually works? It mentioned available after he release his own skill. If his skill is blocked, will he be able to copy enemy skill?

Yes, but zci will only copy and cast next skill once he defeats that gen who blocks his skill.

If the next gen happens to be a non skill caster like sunce, then zci can say goodbye to copying anything and he will be demolished.
