Kill chest is automatically full at reset. Giving an unfair advantage to those who don't kill as much as others

Hey devs, the Kill Chest is still broken. PLease fix Kill Chest and the Chicken Shit Vip rewards. They suck

The update has gone through and *should* fix the bug. That being said, I would super appreciate it if you are still having the issue to please post it here ASAP so that I can relay it to the team again again.
