Android App trouble

Dear Clash Of Three Kingdoms Company.

Please fix app for android there was a trouble. The game cotk still running even i closed it or stop it and still use bandwith.
So when i want to browsing or use the other app use bandwith didnt working but only cotk still can connecting.
And when i restart my android there was notif when android on there cotk was stop running or force close.
Did cotk still running and use internet when i closed it on android? Or there was bug stuck when closed app?
And there sometime when play cotk get force disconnect. When want reconnect it there was notif acc still login wait 10 second.
