and why does some of the equip I have can be reverted and some can't ?

Revert means rollback to previous equip. Once you hit 4 star on that particular equip, revert option will be available.

OK thanks blue fire but why would we need to rollback?
And i read some post saying once you reverted your equip ...do we all revert ? and for war purpose?
