S16 bug. What happened Devs?

I noticed for the first time when logging on my s16 account that it said it was locked, reason (1), whatever that means. So what's up? Reopen my account, this isn't right, I done nothing wrong.


If anyone said anything in game to get this locked, tell me who and when. I can prove if they had lied.
