Proposal to stop multiple account

Dear gm,
I'm having an idea here to slowdown multiple login. My suggestion is to set 5 minutes lockdown for changing between ID login by tracing same ip addresses. Example if one player already login one account and he want to login another he need wait 5 minutes before login another and in the mean time auto disconnect the logged on account. I see from this way gm don't need to catch clones and also slowdown players that want to multiple login during event hours.
I hope gm seriously consider this and not give me standard reply just to acknowledge.

Good idea. But need to make sure the system able to identify which is which..
Most of the time, need to relogin. Clear cache etc... else the game hang.

not to mention that some players players play multiple servers , they might log in same time 2 servers , i think it is impossible to use such a method since it requires lots of sophisticated hardware and simply they don't care much

the other suggestion who log out send to capital, so they cannot standing at the city anymore, i think GM cannot do that, his brain only think money money money,
