I like this idea! i support this idea! Its better to know how many players are online and/or who are online.
Apart from this, i also suggest to make separated chat boxes like country and world chat in 1 box while PM with other players a different chat box as sometimes when we are PMing a player, we accidenlty send the message to the country chat instead
