Shu super cloned in s42 affect game play

Hi GM,

We're suspecting Shu in s42 seriously over cloned as evident of many lower level general appeared over the last few weeks or so. In every event they almost double Wei and Wu's generals in combine. They even clone spy in Wei and Wu. Eg There are two Kontol, 1 in Shu and 1 in Wei the one in Wei is a clone spy. Also Kidz in Shu and Kidzrock in Wei. Of these many clone accounts in Shu r affecting the game play here and it made Wei and Wu can't compete with Shu even in combining our force. These clones making s42 game play very imbalance. There could be more players leaving s42 if this keep going. Could you please investigate the Shu clones issue in s42 for a fair game play. Thanks.

Sorry, we cannot detected any kind of clone activity in Shu Country.

But we see some clones activity Wei and Wu, you guys use clones ?

Dear GM,
we suspect that the 3 top players of WEI as shown in this screenshot here are actually handled by 1 person account, which is a high VIP players.
We duly understand that as a VIP Player privilege to to be able to get more gold to spend and more leveling to be done within a day with their resources, we certainly have no say against it.
However, please look into these player accounts as the anomaly was there, such as how a player can get G.Jia on level 96 itself, along with the acquired of all the special heros in event at once? I believe that Zhenji, C. Wenji and S.Xiang will not at all comes at once to 1 player in one single event?
Thank you for reading this comment and to looking into this matter, as we are constantly confuse over this matter on how that Wei with all their super VIP players are complaining about clones in our country, in which is not ever happened in here.

Thank you for your info and we have checked it. Data shows those three players are legal players.

I have no idea on the clone status in Wei as we have no spy in your country. However, the opposite has been proven for your case here, as you mentioned some of the Shu players in here, that only show that you do have a spy in Shu to find out about these players, which are active players in Shu.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that is telling us you've actually been spying on Shu to know about our players?
There's a reason why we won many event against your country. And that is our solid teamwork, where we work together and leveling together over a hard long hours where we share advise to each other on how to get ourselves to the next level. The similar thing is not there with your country, where only significant high VIP players are seen running around independently for every events.
So, pardon me to say this, but telling the GM that Shu is comprising of many clones is not the right thing to do. Instead, get your countrymen to be involved and teach them how to level up and share your knowledge. Charging up your VIP level higher and higher will not solve the problem. In fact, that will make you depart far too unreachable for your countrymen to have a good teamwork with you and the rest of the high VIP players in your country to work as one.
