i will share the secret ancient tips and tricks from my ancestor
obeying my guide step by step for sure you can have lot of food
1.starting from reset day logged in daily collect those 5-1-1  loveable numbers
2.keep your worship always 15 not more or less (why not more it's just anticipating your worship give 10x so not wasting worship) 
3.buy from best deal any available and affordable by yours,use your explore,perform that 3x finger guessing,check city vendor capital 
4.swop your silvers or maybe woods to foods,buy everything from market gems-irons-ro-food-wood (sorted by my priority) 
5. train hero(s) using woods,or maybe exp book and if want use golds if you think your gold is too much 
6.finish daily quests,sign in ,crusade stage and sweep tower trial until 0/400 or 0/450 or maybe 0/99999,use all your arena chances (don't forget to claim arena rewards) 
7.battle at world map until your feast 3/6 then log off,claim country occupation silver and maybe iron 
8.first log in at few minutes before first hour reward,then log off again (need to repeat this hourly so won't miss any hour reward) 
9.log in for attending first event,check market,vendor,merchant capital perform 1 battle only if invest event just tick once 
10.do the same for 2nd event,3rd event so every event if need battle use your feast so not wasting your foods much 
11.for 2nd event dispatch slaves to exclamation city which can harvest food 
12.before 3rd event is time for harvesting also plundering enemies exclamation city 
13.attend 3rd event perform 1 battle if needed to battle 
14.last login for the day is for the last hour reward appeared don't forget after last hour reward appeared open all those hour rewards before "reset" time or else it will be expired
P.S
- by following my secret ancient technique for sure you can keep your char low in level and weak but have lot of foods 
- every time you log in always check best deal (reset 2x a day),city vendor capital,spent all your silver at market,swop,use woods training,claim occupation city for silver and iron 
- i think that's all anyway i don't mind if you shared my tips and tricks for others
- it's such boring routinity especially if you play in country which always pressed by those others two,just avoid seeing world map too frequent
i think this tips shall be put in archieve and sticky by moderators and admin i will name this WTF tips (Wise Technique of FockYerDodder)
